Noe Rivas was hired to complete kitchen remodeling in our home. For our first appointment, he never showed up and never called. When we finally reached him (he didn't answer his phone), he gave an excuse and claimed he forgot his cell phone. We had wasted a full afternoon that Saturday.



When he finally came the next day, he did the plumbing to connect the drain and re-connect the water to our new sink. We paid him for his services. Within hours the first leak appeared. He returned and fixed it. The next day we filled the sink in order to wash dishes. Another leak, more serious than the first, started. We called Noe that day (Tuesday) and he hemmed and hawed, trying to blame the leak on the other contractor who never went near the sink. He put us off saying he couldn't come until Saturday. We agreed to wait.



On Saturday morning (10/4/08) we called him to confirm a time. He said he would come between 10:00 AM and noon that day. He never showed up. We called him 5, 10, 20 times and he refused our calls for days. The sink leaked on and on.

We e-mailed, no response.



We called the company who recommended him and they said they were also having trouble getting him on the phone. Our representative said he would go to his place of business and make sure he called us to make the repair.

We waited, no response.



Our representative contacted his partner who promised he would call.

We waited, no response.



After paying him $250, we still have a leaking sink and now must hire another plumber. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!
