Provided by YP.comI TOOK A SETH THOMAS CLOCK TO HIM .HE SAID HE WOULD CALL WHEN READY. WELL HE NEVER CALLED & AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL HIM I FINALLY WENT TO HIS HOME &HE WASNT THERE BUT A YOUNG LADY WAS & I TOLD HER I WAS THERE TO PIK UP MY CLOCK&IT WAS RUNNING FAST WHEN I TOOK IT TO HIM & NOW DOES NOT WORK AT ALL
Hello Pat, I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Due to the age and condition of some clocks, repair is not always possible or takes time. If I did not call you to pick up your clock, it was not ready. I receive hundreds of calls each day, sometimes it is hard to keep track. I am sorry my granddaughter returned your clock to you when it had not been fixed. Sincerely, Robert

Provided by YP.comI took an antique clock into his shop for repair. He told me that the parts that my clock would require could not be obtained anywhere anymore. Instead of just leaving it at that. He had a clock, which turned out to be exactly the same, that he replaced mine with, for an extremely small charge. He seems to know his stuff!
