We had an emergency with sewer line plugged and all the nastiness coming up into our laundry room, soaking the carpet and not smelling too nice. I called Roberts Plumbing and Heating and they sent their men out right away. They were friendly but not to the point where, as I have experienced with other services, they stood around talking and not working. These guys worked on our problem, fixed our clog, checked to make sure both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms drained properly and cleaned up the mess. I mean like they cleaned up our carpet, put things back that they moved, and caused NO damage to our property in any way. I highly recomment these folks. They are on my 'speed dial' for sure. They did the work, didn't request us to help carry their equipment, expect us to do anything. They even had to run to the store to pick up a piece of pipe and they were fast in doing so. So I say, if you need any plumbing done, call these people. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. Oh, and I am not related to any of them so this recommendation is strictly coming from a customer using them for the first time. Highly recommend! 5+ Stars!
