I help organizations create workplaces where people want to stay, instead of wanting to leave - workplaces that are Humane, Ethical, and Resilient. My Programs for Organizations are grounded in the 6D Appreciative Inquiry model of organizational change. Unlike traditional approaches which focus almost exclusively on problems and how to solve them, Appreciative Inquiry is a strengths-based, solutions-focused approach to organizational development. I call it “mining for gold.” I believe each organization already has many strengths, assets, and resources hidden within it. These can be activated, organized, and expanded to meet current and future challenges. This Appreciative Inquiry model has been used by organizations as large as the United Nations and as small as a local grocery store. “Decades of research show that a constant key predictor of peak performance and sustained commitment remains the ability to create an environment in which people are engaged and energized.” In addition to my work with organizations, I also offer my Women Creating Wellbeing Workshop Series. Ranging from 1 hour Mini-Workshops to full-day Retreats, I help women transform their inner critic into an inner cheerleader. Through the "science-backed, evidence-based" principles and practices taught in my Workshops, women develop resilience, discover character strengths, and effectively employ the science of behavior change. Women become better able to take greater responsibility over their lives, and move from surviving to thriving!
