Rock River Ranches is locally owned and operated by the Moore Brothers. The Moore's are most well known for founding and operating Maverick Ranch Natural and Organic Meats for the last 25 years. The Roy Moore Family purchased its first buffalo from one of the first GTSS sales in Denver, CO. They were sent to our families ranch at the time, Rocking M Cattle Co. in Weiser, ID. This herd grew to over 50 head and was mostly used as a hunting herd for the Mountain Man Lodge & Marina on the ranch.
