Hopeful and then unimpressed

I had water remediation and was going to have reconstruction with this company. No 2 people in the company knew what they were doing, which resulted in dropping the ball in my case. Owner went on vacation "out of state!", and couldn't be bothered -- after collecting $10000 for the water remediation. "Satisfaction guaranteed" applies to company's satisfaction, not the customer's. Oh, my house is in Santa Fe also.

fraud...

This company showed up to my home in sf nm. Their manager found my home to be dry but yet still ordered his guys to go ahead and cut my walls and drill holes. They even set up their fans and dehumidifiers to dry where they had removed walls.. Idk for what reason if it all was dry to begin with... If that's the way you do business with deceiving insurance companies then I can say it won't be long before they find out...

horrrible!!!!!!!!

Wow. Just wow... If you're in a customer service business. Don't be an asshole to your customers.. Yes Cole. That's to you. You need to learn how to speak with respect... Y'all need to hire a manager that cares. UNLIKE Adrian and Cole. Yes I give this company 0 stars. My home was flooded. The techs were awesome at their job all credit to those guys .who probably are well under paid for what they do... I had questions for Adrian when he showed up to my house . I turn around and he's out the door already driving away..... I would not recommend this company to any friends or anyone actually...
