DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

A repair shop sent them to me for a "Free" tow in for repairs. My vehicle was too long to fit on the wrecker so the driver lifted the front wheels but failed to secure the truck which came loose in the middle of an intersection when a bar used to hold a vehicle fell off. He also had the front too high and the rear of my truck was scraping the ground. He towed my truck about one mile to my home and told me a bigger truck would need to take it to the repair shop later. He then demanded $130 in cash for the service (or lack of) and refused a credit card or check. I had to borrow money from neighbors as I didn't have that much cash on me.

I called the company this morning and spoke with the manager. I told him that I felt I had been treated badly. I told him I would file a complaint and he then screamed at me on the phone asking if I was trying to scare him. I told him I just wanted to speak with the owner about my complaint and then he hung up on me.

IN PART OF DG AUTO SALES RODRIGUEZ TOWING HAS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HAS BEEN EFFICIENT IN HIS SERVICES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM SINCE THEY ALSO PROVIDE GREAT RATES!

If I could give them anything lower than one star I would!

These people make up excuses and lies like no other...it's been two occassions that I've called them and they told me they would arrive at my location at a certain time..one hour passed, two hours and not even a call or anything! So not worth your money! Save your time and money people!!!

good and cheap. The parking break wouldnt come off so the car couldn't get on the truck, but the tower fixed that issue on the spot. Total cost $60 including towing.

AVOID this Poor excuse for a business.

I hired these guys to relocate my tool boxes because they are very heavy and I didnt want to take a chance in damaging them. The guy shows up and while loading my tool boxes on to his flatbed, allowed one of my boxes to roll off the truck and fall from 4ft. off the ground.

The driver claimed he would pay for the damages but a few days later refuses to answer any of my calls. Can you say no mas operator's license?
