I have never dealt with a company that had poorer service and ruder customer service. Karen the office manager is rude and cares NOT AT ALL about the customer.

Half the time won't pick up all the garbage 1-13-16 left 4 bags of trash sitting where I left it but I know why they can't pick everything up their hands are occupied with cigarettes the place is a joke

To anyone who has been mistreated and served with poor customer service from Rolling Oaks Utilities in Beverly hills please email charles.howard@bocc.citrus.fl.us and describe your situation. He will hand deliver all complaints to the president of the company.. With ultimate goal of the staff required to provide more respect to paying customers. Let me know if you do this. This company should not get away with mistreating anyone anymore.

The whole place is a joke. Nobody helps you the rates are ridiculous high. The lady who runs the office Karen is by far the most terrible supervisor I've ever seen. She's a liar, rude, hangs up on you. I'm calling the BBB on this company.
