Great service, on time very professional, worked until they got everything just like my plumbing was brand new!!!! Would recommend Rooter Guy to anyone that needs a plumber or any type of Septic service!!!!

Had work done to my home. Couldn't get them to my house before 11:30 and they would only work for 4 hours, 2 of which we're spent listening to the plumber tell you why he wasn't following your instructions on what I wanted done. They left part of the work unfinished after several days of messes and crappy workmanship. The manager was argumentative as well as the secretary. Several lies, never an estimate, just pulled numbers out of the air. They need to be sued as well as closed down. Outrageous pricing for half a$$ work. Very messy work and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Very disappointed would never recommend.

Stupid me for not checking Dexknows before allowing these cutthroat scam artists work on a plumbing issue at my house. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and didn't have time to do the work myself. Their hourly rate is more than most trial attorneys charge and their work is subpar at best. Simple plumbing job took 3 days. They busted a hole in my wall and ruined an antique tiled wall in our guest bathroom. The goon in charge, known as the owner, didn't have the decency to even take his shoes off while walking on my new carpet. Better business bureau here I come. Let your leak keep on dripping instead of calling these guys, the water damage will be cheaper than the damage this bunch of hoods will do. Don't try confronting them on the cost or why it took 3 tries at fixing the leak. They'll come with one lie after another as to how they came up with pricing. Rude, crude, highly overpriced and incompetent.

These people are scam artist, beware, they will overcharge you anyway they can!! Do not use this company!! The secretary will not call you back at all!! I would not give them 1 star

Less than a one star rating. I had an appointment for them to show up at 9am they did not show up until after 11am, they did not give an estimate before they did the work and then charged $196 for labor for one and a half hours of work. They overcharged for cheep parts, and added on an unexplanable $98 charge on top of the overpriced labor and parts. When I called to inquire about the outlandish prices they refused to answer the phone or return my calls/messages. I have tried for 3 days in a row at different times of the day from different phones to try and get ahold of them and have been unable to. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

I have a verbal and written contract that was not honored. I have these guys on tape as to how they talked to me and overcharged for an incomplete job. I am more than dissatisfied. More to come.

I had to rate this a 1 because it would not go any lower. This company charges huge prices for the quality of the materials used and work done. They use inferior materials and do not follow standard guidelines for installation. You can't get them to return your calls and when they do return your call and schedule a time to meet you, they don't show up. When you get them to come out to repair their mistakes, they charge you more. If you need plumbing work done, you should call someone else.

Had a stopped up septic line, got a quote from them and agreed to have them come out. When work was done the price was doubled. I know that a quote is not always acurate but it usually goes 25-30 one way or the other, but this guy doubled it. He was also whiny and complained about every little thing. Got tired of hearing him moan and groan and then having to pay double to hear him. If they tell you a price, don't believe it.

We called and spoke with 3 different people who quoted us 300-500 for the job. They gave us our bill and had charged us double. We called and got jerked around by the guys who did the job and the owner. I had my mother call and act like a customer to get a quote for the exact same job and they said it would be no more that $400. Then to top it off our tank filled back up within 9 days and they did absolutely nothing to help the situation! Absolutely unethical scam artists! Would not recommend to anyone and just hope our experience saves someone else from being scammed! Call around to other companies and they will warn you. These guys have a reputation for bad work and overcharging their customers!

They did an excellent job on my water heater. They were very professional and very determined to get everything right. I would refer them to everybody I know.

Clueless, from the lady who answered the phone to the tech on the line. I didn't make it past the phone call, if they can't make sense out of a job description, they dang sure can't fix it. Wow.

At $ 100 per hour shouldn't a plumber bring his own tools? Unimpressed and over charged for a simple water heater install.

My name is April I am their former office manager and I am here to warn you the men who own this company are highly parnoid always think someone is stealing off them they are hostile and DAILY I had to endure endless cursing fits until one day I had enough and stood up for myself...they fired me. The customers ARE NOT their priority all they want is your money. Most of their techs do half jobs at best and it takes DAYS to get a tech back out to fix your issue THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR! I would recommend calling ROTO-ROOTER and saving yourself the headache!

Recently I had some water heater issues and the technician who came to my home was very polite and repaired the problem. ALTHOUGH I am not the brightest bulb on the shelf my hot water heater suddenly stopped working again (little did I know I should check the breaker box)and the very patient lady who answered the phone help me resolve my troubles so thanks guys you did an awesome job I would recommend you to anyone!!
