Bill C was outstanding.He was very informative about the situation and how he was going to remedy
it. He was easy to talk to and courteous.

Dave spent a good half hour or more diagnosing the problem before recommending a course of action. Nailed it on the first try. (Slow laundery room drain.) They are more expensive than many other services, but I have spent in total much more on multiple other services (without success) than the cost of one visit by Rooterman.

After calling 3 plumbers for a toilet install, Rooter man was the only company to return my call and they (David) arrived within 1 hour. After David left, the bowl developed a crack and was leaking. I immediately called and spoke to Tammy, who was extremely helpful and professional. This is another positive aspect of Rooter-man, you actually speak to a person and not a recording. Within 30 minutes the manager Paul called me back to reassure me all would be handled at no additional cost. David returned that same evening removed the damaged toilet and re-installed the old one. When the new toilet arrived David returned the very next day and installed it for me, all at no additional cost. Everyone, Tammy, David and Paul were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were ALL so professional and understanding. I will ONLY use Rooter-man for all my plumbing needs.

Rooterman is my go to business for sewer main backup problems. This was my first experience with Bill and he did a great job. He telephoned to let me know he was on his way, gave me the pricing and completed the job. He encouraged me to ask questions, allowed me to look at the camera showing the roots blocking the pipe, and discussed options for destroying the roots. Thank you Rooterman for another excellent employee!

I looked on the internet for a reasonable price plumber. Went to home advisor and there is where i found RooterMan 911. Well i am so glad i chose this company. The young man who came out was honesty. He took the time to look into my concerns. And he explained every thing about my plumbing problems in great details.He was very through in his way he did each job. He arrived fast and fixed fast ! I am so glad we asked them to do the job. Understood the problem at first sight! We should have called them earlier.

Prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. I'll be using Rooterman again in the future, when needed.

David responded quickly and was able to fix our clog quick. He also advised me on a do it myself project related to the issue taking the time to explain the best way for me to fix my issue.

Given an appointment window. Arrived at the beginning of the window. Given an estimate that was reasonable. Work done per estimate. Fixed the poor, leaking work of a previous Handyman with a clean design and gave some sound advise (run the cold water when draining paste to protect poly drain pipes). Done in an hour. Cleaned up before he left. Very courteous.

David R, from Rooterman does a very good and thorough job working to maintain my sewer line. 3 years in a row he has been here and we have never had a problem since Rooterman began working with us.

Bill C. showed up a few minutes earlier than expected and was very thorough and descriptive in what was wrong, and how he would remedy it. Bill C. also explained the pricing before starting any work. Bill C. was professional and knowledgable and had our sewer issues resolved in no time whatsoever. I would highly recommend Rooter Man for your plumbing needs as I would gladly use them again should the need arise.

I called for replacement of a water heater and I had the choice of immediate service or wait 24 hours for regular day time rates. The plumber arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but the company called to check if it was okay for him to come early. He was professional and completed the replacement after a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done.

Called Rooter-Man (got phone number from yellow pages) and explained what had to be done. She was very friendly and was very helpful. She said that Tim M would be coming and said that he would have credentials to insure he was from Rooter Man. Tim did an excellent job explaining everything he had to do, was very easy to talk to and did a fantastic job. If you need help with plumbing he is the one to call. I will call him back if any other plumbing leaks appear.

Initial contact with Tammy was very good. Had good phone personality and was very knowledgeable as to what I needed to have done. Bill also had a great personality and did the job quickly and well. My kitchen drain now runs well again. Also advised about how to keep drains clean in the future with Bio-Clean. I would definitely use this service again.
