They charged me $150 to do nothing and then wanted another $280 to replace a beeswax gasket on the toilet total costing $430 for a 1/2 hour job. They are a total ripoff and I did not use them and will dispute the $150 to do nothing.

I called Rooterman to fix my leaky pipes,and they came out there in a hurry. Fast, Friendly Service, and charged a reasonable rate.

He showed up on time and was able to fix the problem quickly.

I own a cabin in Truckee and was up there for the weekend and had a problem with my toilets. I called Rooter Man plumbing first thing 7am and was told that they would have someone there within an hour. The plumber showed up sooner than an hour, told me what the problem was and fixed it in no time. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Rooterman! I would use them again.

i called rooterman plumbing out to my home in tahoe donner i had no water and had to go to work.they came in less then 1 hour and told me all my pipes wear frozzen gave me the cost shwed me the problem and in no time i was flowing again he also showed me how to prevent this from happing again money well spent. thanks rooterman company.and the service man robert.

The technician was experienced and explained everything to me. Prices are very reasonable and the service was prompt.I would use them again.

Called at 7:00 p.m. asked what they charged they said $90 for a service call. Once they got here 3 hours later they charged me $150 because it was the middle of the night. They knew that he had three calls a head of me when he would be there so they could have told me $150 and I would have then called a different plumber. He didn't fix anything and left me still with no water and couldn't fix anything until the next day. He told me that my pipe were frozen under ground between the street and the house. I needed to rent a machine that cost $250 to bring to the house alone and then $150 and hour until it melted the pipes and it will be $1000 before I'm done.

So the next day I called a friend who checked the out door faucet 3 ft from the indoor shut off valve and we could tell there was water getting to that spot under the house. He put a heat gun on the area for 10 munites and my pipes were fixed. The plumber at Rooter-man was not smart enough to figure that out! I'm reporting this company to the better business bureau but beware!
