I have to say I was in a total panic last night. Trying to get someone out to my place in Dayton ASAP for a broken toilet line. Well, I left several messages for other companies with no response, this morning I gave Rooter-man a call they were professional and displayed a we will get it done attitude. So, refreshing! They sent a tech out Rory H. I gotta say Rory is a true asset for your company. Without hesitation jumped in and said he would get it done today. Rory was prompt. professional and a dam good worker. Hard to find these days. I have my water back on and its gonna get cold. So Rory saved my bacon!!

I had a problem with my Septic tank (It was so full that the funkyness was coming up through the sinks & showers)

It was an emergency. I was glad when they told me that they would be right out. I thought the price was a little

steep,(I figured it would only take 1/2 hr.to pump out the tank) but it had to be done. He showed up in less than an

hour. After he pumped the tank I was expecting the showers to drain but "MURRPHYS LAW" wouldn't let it be that easy.(I had let it get so full that it had plugged up the line between the tank & the house..I thought I was screwed !

( I had just spent my life savings on having the tank pumped, & I still have the problem.) But instead of taking off

like I thought he was going to do (his job was done) He stuck around to try & fix the problem. The snake was in a different truck that was 2 hrs. away so he suggested that I go buy a "blow bag". when I told him I was broke,he restored my faith in humanity by handing me cash out of his pocket! It took me 2 hrs.(while he was waiting in his truck) to try & find one but no one had one in stock. I was relieved to see the 2ND truck show up (with the snake) It took another hour & 1/2 working down IN THE TANK with s*#t flying everywhere, but he accomplished the mission. The showers & sinks finally drained. I wish that I could find employees with that much determination! That's what I call "GOING ABOVE & BEOND THE CALL OF DUTY !!! They did all this for the price that they quoted me. It goes without saying that I

got my moneys worth.
