Very unhappy with this service. We were referred to Rosenberry's by our plumber who came out and did some work and could not find anything wrong with the pipes so he suggessted we call Rosenberry's becasue the problem may be our dishwasher. Our plumber could not find anything wrong in the short time he was here and did not charge us. Thank goodness because Rosenberry's was here for 15 minutes and charged us $72.08. All he did was ask us what was happening and then say give it a few days and let me know if it keeps leaking ... He suggested that we watch it to see if it leaks for a few days and if not it was probably just that too much soap got in it... HE DID NOTHING. He was here for FIFTEEN MINUTES and ALL HE DID WAS SUGGEST WE WATCH THE DISHWASHER A FEW MORE TIMES.



I called to discuss that we were charged 72.08 and his response was that was for a 20 minute call rate. I explained that he was not here for 20 minutes therefore it should be less. He agreed that he was here for shorter but would not do anything about the bill.



I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are many more appliance companies that do a much better job and do not charge that much for not doing any work.



I can not post this without a start rating so I had to give it one, but it deserves NONE.

Five stars is not enough for the excellent service I received from Rosenberry's Appliance Service. My call was returned very promptly. Mr. Rosenberry was very professional and gave the impression that my service call was important to him. I thought that I would need a new motor or a complete appliance replacement for a refrigerabor in an small apartment building I own in Chambersburg. The service call was responded to the very same day as my call for service. Mr. Rosenberry is of the highest honesty and integrity and determined that all that was needed was a new fan. He installed a new fan during that same initial service call and the price was extremely reasonable. How refreshing to find someone who has high integrity, professionalism, concern for customer needs, technical expertise, and honesty. Rosenberry's Appliance Services gets more than a five star rating from me and he will be the only one I call in the future for all the appliance repairs in my apartment building. I can not thank Rosenberry's enough. Sincerely.
