Had to have the main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and the crew was very professional and did a very good job. They had a issue during the replacement but was able to resolve without any property damage. Crew kept us informed of the progress during the project and were very friendly.

Robert was very professional in his work. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend you use Roto-Rooter in all your drain problems that you may encounter.

Showed up when promised. Blocked toilet ended up being a result of the city having a blocked sewer. City was on the scene when Roto-Rooter showed up and the technician was able to waive any service fee. Thank You Roto-Rooter, first class operation!!!

This was an emergency call overnight as some water was coming into the basement then the main drain backed up. Zac (Tech #1531) ran the main line twice and then when the water didn't fully drain he ran the line from the floor drain. His work was very much appreciated as it was more complicated and took longer than expected.

repairman was very helpful and professional. Company said they would be here on one day but were a day late. They gave me a 15% discount to make up for it.
