I hired Mr Woodson to replace framing around my garage doors and threshold door rot on doors to my house. On the framing to garage he did adequate, but I had to repaint his sloppy paint job. On the thresholds he said there would be seams. What he didn't tell me is he would place mismatched chunks of wood and wouldn't even attempt to fill in gaps or sand. One door wouldn't even close. I hd 3 contractors look at it and they all said it was sloppy and he didn't appear to know what he was doing. When I told him I was unhappy and why he stated "Saying it doesn't look good isn't good enough," and he said he might be able to adjust something so door would close. He also threatened to place a lien on my house, I had told him that the repairs were on an inspection list. He then proceeded to call my realtor and tell her I was unable to tell him what I didn't like about the doors and he wanted the name of the closing attorney. In the end we did what one contractor advised me to do..."Just pay him to make him go away."
