Thank you Round the Clock for taking care of our rodent problem. I called many different companies and you were the only one who took care of my rat problem. Your technician was here on time and he was very professional. He went over what he found and gave me some great preventative tips. He came back as promised to check the traps he set, and was very understanding that i didn’t want to see the ones caught. Thank you Round the Clock for working with my busy mom schedule you guys are the best. I’m a customer for life..

Round the Clock treated the affected area where the bees were. They were supposed to return a few days later. They did not. We called them to tell them that the bees had returned, and they needed to remove the honey. The dispatcher gave us a date/time when their technician would come out. Never came, never called. We called again asking them to please return and treat area because it was above our 15 month old's bedroom. The dispatcher told us that a manager would follow up. No one called. We had to go with another bee removal service. Because of the lapse in time, the bees' damage was more extensive and it cost us more money to have them removed.
