Routine services my business three times a week. I have been doing business with them for almost 20 years. They have never missed a day and very rarely had a turnover. I would recommend them to anyone. They are efficient and professional.

I Hired Routine to clean my building in 1991. I like the fact that their employees stay with them for a long time. In all this time I've only had two crews, I like seeing the same janitors year after year. The janitors all know what they're doing and always look presentable. Most important is that when there are issues, they are promptly addressed.Angel

I was recently hired to work for this company and it has got to be the worst paying job i have ever had and the worst janitorial service I have ever worked with . they never have the right chemicals to clean with, they never wash the towels I was using and the supervisor uses the same rags to wipe down office desks that was used to clean bathroom toilets. they expect at least four hours of work for 20$ per day. and expect you to accept that from them. they charge you 20$ for used company work shirts that you have to give back. they never provided rubber gloves to clean with and expects you to clean 20 to 30 toilets without gloves and will not reimburse you for any money that you spend for supplies for the job that they are supposed to supply themselves

Routine Cleaning has been cleaning our 40,000 square ft. office building since 2001. I could not be happier with their service. Over the years I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. My phone calls are always promptly returned from a very friendly, well informed agent. I am also very happy to say that I have had very few issues, but when I did have them they were very quickly rectified. In my experience with different janitorial services I believe they have far surpassed their cmpentition. They have always met my company's needs.
