I haven't got my trash picked up on Saturday for the last 2 months. I called customer service in 3/25, the lady said she would leave a note. They still didn't pick up on Saturday. I called again on 4/8, talked to the same person. She said she would make another note and gave me some credit for not getting the service. And she advise me to call back later to see how much i should pay for the next coming bill. I called back on 4/10, talked to another lady , she said no notes were entered on my account and the company never gives customers credit no matter what happened . I asked to talk to a manager. She told that managers don't speak to the customer. She would contact her people to make sure things work correctly. And till now, I still don't get trash picked up on Saturday. Send them email and nothing returned. Their customer service sounds like fraud to me. Has anyone call their customer service and get anything resolved?
