So my husband was in accident on his way home from work and Rudy?s picked up the car. They were very rude with us! Then when we went to get all personal items from the car because it was totaled... 75% of our things were GONE! We asked them about it and all they had to say was ?we don?t do that shit, we have cameras.? Please, whatever the issue never use this company unless you enjoy horrible service and your things missing!

My daughter's vehicle was towed by this company from the side of the road where it had broken down. My daughter could not afford to have it fixed at the time so had to abandon it. When she returned to get the car and have AAA tow it, the vehicle was gone! She filed a stolen vehicle report with the State Police who found it at Rudy's Towing. Rudy's says they contacted my daughter when they took the vehicle, but my daughter has moved since her car was registered and she is no longer at the address on her registration. We have made NUMEROUS phone calls trying to negotiate a fair price to redeem her vehicle and the owner and owner's son refuse to negotiate. It seems they want to claim the vehicle for themselves and REFUSE to negotiate a fair price. They appear to want to possess the vehicle to sell it for their own profit!!!!!!!!!! DON'T BELIEVE THEIR AD THAT SAYS THAT "RUDY'S CARES ABOUT NEW MEXICO AND ITS FUTURE." THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNT

Owner, wife and son are rude. They dont listen to the customer even though they could make money out of you. They cut you short on conversations and only want to do things their way... Extremely impolite and no sense of Customer Services. Very limited sense for good costumer engagement. I have gone to them twice and same experience both times. Dont recommend them for any kind of business.

Rudy's Towing Service, is the nicest towing company in Roswell NM. They have a friendly staff and a clean yard. There tow trucks are also nice big and very clean. Not like those scary tow trucks you see in the movies. So I just want to thank Rudy and his staff for the great service.
