New Years Day, actually 7:00 in the evening, our house was getting chilly and noticed furnace not running. Went down the Google list of heating/cooling companies in the Hillsboro area. Got no answer at first couple, until Karen answered at Russel Bros. She was quite pleasant to talk to and said she could have someone out by
8-8:30am. Brian showed up by 8:10, quickly assessed the problem, and he had it fixed within 20 mins. Brian was very professional the whole time at my residence. I also discussed with him about eventually installing a new furnace in the near future, since ours is pushing 30yrs old. He quoted me pretty much the same price that someone else had quoted me 5 yrs ago. So when we decide to replace ours, which will be soon, Russel Bros will get our business. Thank you

When my central air went out, I came up with a list of 4 local companies to give me bids.
All 4 representatives that came out were very professional, and gave fair estimates, however Brian Russel truly impressed me.
He was not a salesman, he was a heating and cooling veteran that has worked in this field for years.
He actually evaluated my home, LISTENED to me, answered my questions, and educated me on the equipment and technologies available.
Brian didn't come in as the lowest bid, however he did come in with a VERY fair bid for the equipment that I needed.
Brian also worked us in to his busy schedule and had the new system installed and running within 12 hours
My prior system never could properly cool my home, but this system is running perfect.
