Well went out 12/22 early AM, called Ryan Wells and customer service responded with Mr. Ryan calling back in 20 minutes then the visit to repair in less than 30 ins. Up and running very short period. Loyal customer for over 25 yrs.

Provided by YP.comThe customer service is excellent. The company had an answering service and the person listened to my situation all the way through. After I found out it was an answering service I thought, she should have cut me off and informed me of that, but she listened and at the end she informed me that she would get in contact with the technician on call. When the technician called back he said he was out of town. He listened to my problem and it was something very small that by the end of the call my water was running in the house again. I highly recommend this company.
