My husband and his teammate work for PTI S&J Potashnick of Sikeston MO and are stuck at the Northern Salt Company in Utah 25 miles from anything! They have been stranded there since 6pm last night. The fuel line to the truck is broke they can't start the truck and they can't drive it. The truck the mechanic told them there was a high possibility that it would catch fire. PT I sent a mobile service man out there who also said the truck had to be towed DOT also said it was unsafe to move the truck so they have been sitting there all night. The temperature inside the truck is nearly 100 degrees and they cannot run the air I called the maintenance for the company and ask them what they were going to do about the truck and he said they didn't know if they were going to do anything at all and then hung up on me. They are trapped out there with no bathrooms, no food, no air and completly eaten up by bugs. There is no tow truck in sight and to top it off I just spoke to Donny and he does not sound very well. No one at PTI seems willing to tell me anything and I keep getting snotty attitudes and hung up on. I cannot believe that PTI is treating their drivers like this! When the boys finally get home they will be needing a new job!
