Paul Hambrick is a crook! He'll get a deposit, which he claims has to be made payable to him due to a high volume of bad checks being written to his company, then he'll cash it, demolish the old concrete then never come back to repair it. If you sue him, he is what lawyers call "judgement proof" meaning he doesn't own anything in his name so you can't get reimbursed. His brother is a Richmond county cop and helps Paul by letting Paul use his vehicle while keeping it in his name so no liens can be placed on it. His business license is not current and he is not insured. If you have doubts about this claim, contact doctors and merchants collection agency and check his criminal record. He has served jail time for this behavior.

I hired Paul to do a concrete. Man oh man excuse after excuse. I find myself stressing over a job I didnt have to do. I hired Paul to do it. And Guess what the job STILL needs to be done. So please do your home work before hiring ANY contractor. I didnt and this why Im here.

In January 2008 Paul Mambrick poured a small parking pad beside my drive way. I made sure he knew where the sprinkler system was located. He broke the pipes and messed up the sprinkler heads. I called him for 4 months and he still did not come out as he said he would. Finally in May I called again for three weeks in a row. He said everyday he would reemburse me for what it cost me to fix the lines. He neve reembursed me nor has he ever returned anymore of my phone calls

In the process of extending our driveway, S&P (Paul Hambrick) broke our sprinkler system and moved our neighbors sprinkler head. Our neighbors sprinkler washes my truck everytime it turns on because it is backwards. Now we have been calling Paul for 4 months and just recently he has picked up the phone and gave us all kinds of reasons why he could not call back for 4 months. He said he would be over 2 times to correct the problem and has never shown up. I have now taken it upon myself to fix the problem. Do not let this happen to you. Do not choose S&P Concrete and Design.
