Provided by YP.comI had to take my Jeep here after a piston rod in my engine snapped. The engine was replaced with in about a week or so. Though I was unhappy with having to do the repair, it was done in a timely fashion and I was on my way. About 4 1/2 weeks later though, this new engine died. Unfortunately it died near the Michigan border and needed to be towed all the way down to Indy for the warranty to be applicable. After being unable to find any affordable option (which I believe should have been covered by the shop in the first place) I towed it myself using a Uhaul trailer. On May 17, I towed my jeep down there to have it repaired. Today's date is June 11. I still don't have my jeep. When I call, I am told that I will be called back when it's finished. When ask for an eta, Wednesday turns into Thursday which turns into Friday which turns in to no answering the phone.
Regardless of how all of this turns out, I want anyone who is considering Safe Haven Automotive to read this and reconsider. My experience has been absolutely awful even while practicing as much patience as I can stand.
