Safe Haven Quality Care

Provided by YP.comI was employed for 3 days with Safe Have Quality Care as an In Home Caregiver. My 1st day, I met on of the co-owners at my jobsite- an apartment building. She was 15 minutes late. I expected her to stay with me for at least a couple hours, for my first day meeting the clients. That, however, was not the case. I got a 15 minute introduction and she left. I understand she must be busy, but she just left... not telling me if the clients had any allergies to anything, what medications they were suppose to take at a certain time. My 2nd day on the job, I had questions regarding one of the clients medications (what time she was suppose to take it). I was assured that the co-owner was available via cell phone 24/7. I called and called and never received an answer or call back. By the 3rd day, I already had a feeling how this was going to go... I let the company know that that would be my last day. As a Caregiver for my mother (who is mentally ill) & a Caregiver for another individual, I would NOT want someone I love in the hands of this company.
For future reference, they could provide a couple days on-site "training" with the clients, as well as a valid contact, if the Caregiver needed to get ahold of one of the co-owners.
