Fred Tuttle and his son Paul were professional, courteous and honest with an evaluation of my concerns with the hot tub. Best of all, since no immediate service was required, even though they spent time opening up and testing the tub, they didn't charge me for the visit. I used this company in the past and will continue to give them my customer loyalty-honest guys!!!!

Business apparently purchased by FreTuttle. He returned my call quickly, asked me a few questions and told what was wrong and the very simple fix. I was up and running in 10 minutes at no cost. He gets my highest recommendation.
