Provided by YP.comLet me start by saying I know absolutely nothing about plumbing, so when my mothers water heater broke (at 4am) the whole family was on red alert. After a quick search online the next day I stumbled upon Quick Water Heater, and thank sweet baby Jesus I did.
The first thing you notice about Brandon and his team is their patience and courtesy. They understand your need to have the work done immediately and they understand that most people don't have the slightest clue about plumbing. Now where some companies would use this to take advantage of their customers or show off their snazzy vocabulary, Brandon took the time to explain the process in terms that I (and my 60 year old mother) could understand. Before anyone even came to my mothers house, I was already feeling a weight lifted off my chest.
The fine gentleman Jay who came to work on the house (the next day I might add), was polite, timely, and more than willing to answer all of my questions. The quality of work is phenomenal and I actually heard my mom brag that the water heater is now the most beautiful thing in her garage.
5-Stars to Brandon and his team for making me look like a Rockstar in front of the only woman who would call me at 4am screaming that there is no hot water. Love you Mom...and I love you too Quick Water Heater!

Provided by YP.comOur water heater sprang a leak in our garage Monday morning. I called our home warranty company and they quickly sent someone out. I was disappointed to learn that the company wouldn’t replace our water heater because it was not under warranty. I went ahead and called Quick Water Heater on my own and Brandon encouraged me to call the manufacturer and confirm it was still covered. I called Brandon back after speaking with the manufacturer, and he took over from there. He was at our home within an hour and had our heater replaced within three hours. I was so pleased to hand the problem off to someone else. Quick Water Heater exceeded my expectations by dealing with all the warranty issues I was having and they quick turn around. Thanks guys!

We always check to make sure that all your shut off valves are working properly. We will generally encourage our customers to replace or repair a damaged main shut off valve. Pressure Regulators – Pressure regulators are an extremely important part of your homes plumbing system. All homes in San Diego should have a pressure regulator to insure that damage is not caused to the water heater. A pressure regulator is placed in-between your home and the San Diego city water coming from the curb. A pressure regulator controls the water pressure that can enter your house. For example, the San Diego city water pressure can reach 120 pounds per square inch. The pipes and appliances in your home require 60 pounds per square inch (PSI). If your home did not have a regulator constantly absorbing the city water spikes, your appliances will be damaged. For example, a water heater that has 110 PSI entering the tank will have less than half of it’s normal operating life. This is because the water is pushing on all the valves and entry points that are designed to operate at 60 PSI. Basically it’s like blowing a balloon up until it pops. High pressure can also lead to pipe bursts in the walls and slab. As a licensed plumbing company in San Diego we will always test your pressure regulator and make sure that it works properly. If your regulator is not working properly we suggest you change it to maintain the life of your water heater.
