Provided by YP.comWe hired Sandra Pike to appraise our house prior to placing it on the market for sale. She was prompt in her appointment and in writing the report. We received it within a week of the visit. She was very thorough and paid attention to details. She was easy to talk to and was willing to take time with us to discuss ways to improve the house before selling it. She gave us more than 3 comps to compare other houses sold and several more to compare rental prices. She knew the neighborhood and used that expertise to form her estimates of the value of our house.
We recommend her highly and will undoubtedly hire her again if we need an appraisal.
