Not knowing where I was, the dispatcher asked me a few questions like what I was near and what my surroundings were, from that information they were able to dispatch out a truck to help me. The driver they sent was very friendly and helpful, he had my car hooked up within minutes and we were on our way to a local mechanic.Great service and a reasonable price. Being a single female It was a nice change to be treated fairly in a stressful situation. The driver was also very well groomed and well spoken.What a breathe of fresh air.
