Provided by YPmobileThe $45 pedicare was great! The pedi tech gave me matching polish to take as a gift and I set it in my purse. But then when it was time for my Dip manicure a different tech took me to her station and carried my purse and removed the polish gift and put it away with her polish. This is Wrong! Also, the $35 Dip Manicure looks terrible. They are not smooth, the cuticles were not trimmed, the nails were not cut to same length, the right index finger has a bump, there was no cuticle oil or lotion afterwards and there was polish around the nail on the skin that was not cleaned off. I am very frustrated and disappointed after paying $80.

Provided by YPmobileI went in and I was greeted. It was my first time and I will never go back. They told me I was "complicated" and thats very rude, and makes you look bad. I got a design and the lady cut me when trimming my cuticles (I didnt stop bleeding for 10mins & it started bleeding when I got home). Plus she didnt talk or say a word. Except to her coworker. I can not believe she let her coworker finish my nails after she started them. It made her look like she had no idea what she was doing. I will NEVER GO BACK. I will tell everyone to stay away from that nail salon. Worst experience ever.
Id give this spa zero stars if it would let me.

Provided by YP.comWish I could show a picture. ... "sloppy" at best! Pretty shop, but I think it's owned by men who really don't care.

Provided by YP.comI'd tell all my friends "You have to go to Sapphire Nail Spa! It is very elegant and top of the line, but the atmosphere is the most welcoming of any spa I've been to in OKC. They have done amazing things with nail art, even doing a special logo of my company, which was recognized on our International Facebook page. You must go, and be sure to say hello to Andy Pham for me."
