Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Randy, the owner, will schedule an appt. to come and fix one of the many recurring problems, and never shows up. He needs constant reminders that the system is not working. A simple problem will not be resolved without at least 2 service calls (when he even shows up for them), plus a delay in ordering and installing the parts. The whole experience has made us hate our house and home automation. Control 4 and this dealer is a joke.
