Provided by YP.comI had to learn some stuff for my job picking up night deposits and a friend told me about this place. They teach out of another karate school and the building is kind of run down, bathroom is small, and there are mirrors on the wall that are pretty distracting.
However the teacher was very professional and down to earth and the training he gave me was unbelievable. For the first time in a long time I’m not nervous about confrontation. I’m taking another class next week and have nothing bad to say about it whatsoever.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I were looking for some self defense training and we both took his basic course last week and we are still raving about it. The instructor was extremely professional and easy to get along with and the enviroment was very relaxed. The class was just under 5 hours so it was kind of long but we didn't even notice until it was all over because he kept us moving and learning the entire time. The information on calming down arguments was great and so was his technique for making unwanted people backing off. We learned things that were so simple we our first reaction was that it couldn't work but then we were shown that it did and why it did and each and every time he was right. At 50+ we both believe that if need be we could defend ourselves. The instruction was just phenominal, we highly recommed it, we will be back for his other classes, and we recommend it to everyone.
