Our transmission started shifting hard, and they completely misdiagnosed it, and ended up charging us $9,800 for a transmission repair, when all it needed was a simple TCM replacement. We were down for 2 weeks, and when we picked up the truck we had the exact same problem, we had before we took it in. By that time we gave up on Al Scheppers, and took the truck to Clark Power Services in Wentzville MO, where they had us up and running in 2 hours flat. When i asked Al scheppers to stand behind their work they flatly refused, and didnt seem to care about the customer at all.It is well worth the drive to go to Wentzville, for some professional service.
