My husband and I had Dawson Builders Inc. remove a supporting wall and add a knotty Alder wrapped support beam and bar put in, to make our home look and feel bigger. This family ran construction business was easy to work with and did a absolutely amazing job. I would highly recommend the Dawsons for any of your construction needs.

When my wife and I retired, our dream was to build our own home. Having no experience in home building we turned to Scott and Maurine Dawson, who were developing the Dawson Estates in Abilene, KS. We could not have been more happy with our choice of a builder. They made a "difficult task" easy for us. They provided the kind of helpful assistance we desperately needed throughout the whole process--from start to finish. The Dawsons have a reputation for building a quality home--this is certainly true of the home they built for us. Scott and Maurine Dawson are very easy to work with. They will a build a home that you can be proud of. My wife and I highly recommend them.

We have been extremely pleased with an addition and a reroofing that Scott Dawson Builders did for us. Scott and Tanner Dawson are the ones swinging the hammers and doing the work. They sub out very little and truly care about the finished product's quality, not about being done and moving on.

We moved to Abilene in October, 1997. From the very beginning, we have been happy with our home and new community, and our builders are to thank for that.In large urban areas, builders slap up dozens of home in a matter of weeks - they are there and gone in a blink. Here, Dawson Builders take their time not only on quality construction of homes, but also on the whole home-buying experience. They helped us get settled into our new surroundings and were a reassuring resource during what would otherwise have been a very stressful experience.
