Their roll-back driver called to clarify our location and showed up in good time. Very personable fellow took care loading our car and even explained the process a little as he went.

This business does not even deserve a star. Wish there was a minus star to rate them. My car had been towed into their place. The next day, I asked for an estimate on repair. They did not call me back. Finally, I called them back. They wanted almost $500 to fix it. They believed they were dealing with a vulnerable 65 year old widow, but they underestimated me. I told them their price was ridiculous and was having the car towed elsewhere. They then tried to charge me an additional day of storage plus an estimate fee (which I was told earlier was free). After calling both AAA (which this guy contracts with) and the state police, the owner finally agreed to let me get the car out of there. I took my car to a reputable car repair place and the TOTAL REPAIR CAME TO JUST $90. I have since heard many other horror stories about this business. Seems that he specializes in preying on the vulnerable. DON'T USE THIS UNSCRUPULOUS MAN EVER!!! He is nothing but a rip-off.
