Scrubbles Cleaning

After waiting 30 minutes after the appointment time, a phone call was made with no answer. A young man wearing dirty jeans (wet at the bottom somehow) no identification stating he's from Scrubbles, shows up to my home an hour later thinking he was going to come clean. He explained that he had just received word that he was supposed to clean another house. After our phone call the day before, we were under the impression that two people would be coming over to our home to clean it and that the cost was $95. Even the guy who just received the phone call said "that's a big house to do by myself." The service we were paying for was supposed to take three hours according to the expertise of the lady on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Unorganized, late, expensive, and by th other reviews I've seen....not very effective.

For the amount charged, I expected a much more thorough job than what was done. They said they mopped my floors, but I had to go back over several places and they didn't even touch the entry or the floor at my front door. ###They didn't touch the blinds or windows, and there were still spots on my faucets in the bathroom and tub. ###I was told that if I wasn't happy, they'd come back and fix it. The problem with that is that I scheduled them immediately before I left town so that it would be nice and clean when I left. It will be, but not without the scrubbing and wiping down that I have to do on my last night here.
