I had a burst waterpipe in 2005 and called Richy Seals. He would not give me an estimate on the cost but I was in a bind and told him to procede. It took him more than 3 months to complete a project that should have taken a day or two. I never received a bill from him and never got any progress reports. People would show up without the correct equipment and leave. The final bill was for more than $1600 on what should have been a $400 job. He charged for every trip his men took even when they did no work through their own fault. Avoid this man.
