Provided by YP.comDo not use Sears Upholstery Cleaning! I thought Sears was reputable, but my gosh they are deceitful these days. When they want to get your business, they tout their "30 day total satisfaction guarantee." But when the "cleaning" is done, you are $157 poorer, and your sofa and loveseat look *exactly the same*, and you ask Sears to come back out and do the job right, guess what...they will then tell you the satisfaction guarantee does not cover "pre-existing conditions" LOL! Hello??? People only get sofas cleaned when they are dirty, of course there is a pre-existing condition! I am so disappointed in Sears. I will NEVER use them again. Looking forward to the BBB's involvement in this SCAM.

Provided by YP.comI used Zerorez 2 months ago and there’s no comparison. I gave sears a try because of their sale and Zerorez wasn't and almost double the prices. With sears its $89 but a gas/driver charge was added, total price $106. I specifically asked for no up selling with scotch guard and sure enough technician wanted to push that on me. Carpets were really wet and few light stains weren't completely removed. In Sears defense anyone competing with the job Zerorez did would also have a tough time. I have no affiliation with Zerorez outside of lifetime customer no matter the cost but the carpet was softer after they dried, left not as wet so quicker drying, technician was friendlier with no up selling, showed up on time ( I asked for and was told I had a morning apt at sears but day of I was told they couldn't come until 1) and all light stains were gone.

Provided by YP.comDo NOT use Sears carpet cleaning services! I went with them (even though I could have gotten a cheaper deal) because of Sears' reputation and because the carpets in my house, while not a total loss, were still pretty dirty. There were multiple stains from overuse and some spills. Sears cleaned all of my bedroom carpets in under 30 minutes and when I checked on them several days later, all the stains were still there! Nothing looked clean at all! When I called to complain, I was given the run around and finally some guy named Josh grudgingly told me that another crew would be back this next Saturday to redo the job. I'll update this once the 2nd job is done but as of right now, I'm not impressed with Sears' carpet cleaning nor their customer service.

Provided by YPmobileSears cleaned and scotchguarded our carpets for $40 less than Stanley Steemer usually charges us. And they removed a stain we thought was permanent. The men we uniformed polite and respectful and had truck mounted equipment
