We purchased our washer from Sears ten years ago, so it was only natural that we thought of Sears first when it needed repair. Since we are new to the Killeen area and not sure what businesses we can trust, we went with a "known" name.



However, Sears informed us that they would not be able to send a tech. out until EIGHT days later.



We called Appliance Service Center on 8th Street in Killeen instead. They were able to come to our home the very next morning and had our problem corrected in less than 30 minutes. Besides that, their prices were cheaper than Sears.



If you're in the same boat as we were and not sure who to call, skip Sears and call a locally owned business instead. They care more about their customers.
