Our Repair Technician showed up and even though it was getting late he didn't stop. He worked really hard to make sure my freezer was working for us so we would not loose any food. He was very helpful and even helped us with our washer, even though he did not have to. I was very impressed with his knowledge and would recommend him for any repairs you need.

1st appointment they were no-shows. 2nd time they quoted over $300 to put on a new freezer seal. The part costs $27! Had given model number & told what we wanted, but did not bring part. Charge was $109 to show up. Don't buy LG or Samsung or you are stuck with scammers and poor service

I bought a grill from Sears and purchased the extended warranty so I could get it fixed when something happened. The heat from the grill will cause things to corrode and I was told that they would also come out once a year and clean my grill. The first time I called to have them come out and service it they told me they didn't cover cleaning. I had my grill about 14 months when my grates started flaking all the Teflon off from the heat of the grill. When the repairman got there he took everything apart and kept taking pictures and he would go sit in his van. He did this 3 times and after about the third time of this I asked him if something was wrong. He said no he just had to document everything. About 3 hours later he handed me a ticket and said I can't order these parts but here is what you need. You need a whole new grill this one is trash. He said the warranty won't cover it. I called and they scheduled another repairman and he called and said he wasn't coming they made a decision

Outstanding Service! The wrong parts were sent. The serviceman searched until he found them local and came back that night to finish the repair of our dishwasher. Could have just rescheduled, but didn't.

After waiting a week for new washer to be delivered, at 8:50 p.m the night before delivery was scheduled, I realized no one had called to say what our "delivery" window would be nor had I received the 3rd email about delivery. I called, only to find out that did not get the washer into the warehouse and would need to reschedule for four days later. She said they tried to call but no one answered. A bald faced lie. In this day of caller ID, missed call log, etc., don't try to lie. We have since cancelled the purchase and will take our business elsewhere. It is no wonder Sears is going out of business. Never again will shop there.

Customer Non-Service

Our new dishwasher lasted three months before the motor broke. Although it was under warranty, it took Sears two weeks to get a repairman out, then another two weeks to get the part. Repairman did not show within the three hour window given by the dispatcher. When he installed the new part, he took the dishwasher out and damaged the cabinet in the process. When I complained to "Customer Service" I was told "we don't fix cabinets". Not remotely acceptable.

Customer Service

I called to inquire about a lubricant for my Craftsman worm drive saw to make sure the Sears store in Norman had it before I drove there to pick it up. I was asked to hold but when the hold lasted for over 11 minutes I hung up and called back. The phone rang but no one answered. Now I understand why everyone shops online.... There is NO customer service.
