This is a cute shop with interesting local trinkets. It is conveniently located next to the Oceanfront. Unfortunately, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL and SUBSTANDARD. The two representatives at the store were too busy on the computer or in the back to help me with my purchase. I asked one of the representatives if I could speak with the manager/owner and she said the manager/owner was not available and she stated I could not speak with her. After insisting several times to speak with someone in charge, she gave me the owner's business card. When I spoke to the other representative and told her I thought their customer service was lacking, she replied 'Thank you'. Their lack of concern and sarcasm was appalling. I came in this store because I wanted to buy a gift and needed help with some questions I had, but I will never shop at this store again. Most of the time, it appears to be empty anyway. I attempted for over a week to get a hold of the owner, Ms Erika Christian, to let her know of my experience. I left a few messages and spoke with one of her managers, who ensured me she would call me back. However, Ms Erika did not call me or appear to be concerned. Unfortunately, customer service will make or break a company, and that day, they lost one more customer.

Cute shop! Huge selection of flags. I bought one flag for fall, it was very cute. I can't wait to go back for my Christmas one. A little something for everyone.

When i walked into this shop, I couldn't believe all of the neat things! The flags are awesome! I can't wait to come back into town again so I can see whats new in there!
