This is the worst companies .they don't even show up. They said they canceled our appointment without telling us . never contacted us. When I called to ask what happened the secretary with no experience in people skills tells me we cancelled you because you did not answer the phone at 8 o'clock this morning. I asked her if we didn't answer why didn't you keep your appointment with us . She said we're not going to sit around and wait for you (with a very rude and un-educated tone)Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said yeah whatever fine and then I was on hold for 5 & a half minutes, guessing she was either his daughter or girlfriend because they had already spoke and he was rude too. ( bitch) and he gets on and told me ( before i even spoke)customers are NOT first employees are first. So in conclusion they are unprofessional inexperienced in fixing things and very rude. You should never use this company and tell your friends the same

Jarrad was able to come out and look at our toilet that was leaking at the bottom pretty quickly. My husband and I thought that we needed to replace the toilet but it turned out that it just needed to be remounted to the floor. The repair was far less than we expected and the work was done very cleanly and he made a point to explain everything to us, in a way we could understand it! I would definately use Seventh Generation Plumbing again and have made it a point to recommend them to all of my friends.
