STAY AWAY!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I could not attach my dishwasher because they did not drill the holes properly. No problem, things happen. Just sent out the crew to fix.



But then I get the run around for over a MONTH trying to get their crew to come out and fix their mistake. I heard, "We have a scheduling problem X5, employees sick, hammer drill is broken". What a joke.



Got paid and then didn't care after that. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this place. They deserve negative stars and a lawsuit because they stole from me. They took my deposit, then when they couldn't fulfill my order, they refused to give me a refund. They have been extremely rude to me, and have been dodging my calls for many months. They are very comfortable with this behavior, so I am sure that I am not the only one who has been ripped off by them.

I used Sharon Stone Granite - Cherry Hill for the granite on my kitchen remodel. I checked many, many places and they seemed to be the least expensive as I needed a lot of granite. I went to Bayonne to pick my slab. The template was made quickly and the gentlemen suggested a few changes to my island, that were beneficial. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from my first encounter at their store, to the final installation. Even my contractor commented on a what a great job they did. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for granite

This is the worst home improvements company I ever dealt with. Very charming when you walk in...BEWARE! Once they have your deposit, they give false information regarding timelines and deliverables. They hire subpar workers (I'm generous in this description) to come to your house to template your new dream kitchen. They don't have a clue in what they are doing. After they rip out your existing countertops, they disappear. Can't get a call back. Can't get any schedule or timeline. You literally have to go to the showroom and behave like a maniac to get a response. They don't offer the option of looking at the granite they supply (this is a big concern because pieces do not match). When they finally show up, they forget some of pieces of granite to be installed (I had 5 separate pieces cut, they forgot 3 pieces. Then when the returned many days later, they forgot 2 of the remaining 3 pieces). Total knuckleheads. The pieces they bring do not fit properly. They try to cut the granite on site with a small hand saw. Imagine what those edges look like. The showroom manager Avi, makes excuse after excuse (totally useless). Bottom line, I would run as far away and as fast as I can from Sharon Stone as possible. Avi is the heart of the problem. The man is the hell's kitchen of kitchen renovations. Did i mention you can't get a call back???

Prices are great but customer service is absolutely horrible. I never would have bought from them knowing I was going to be treated poorly throughout the whole process. They were last minute in their scheduling, 2 weeks late with tiling my back splash and could not get me the accessories I paid for with the sink. I am very disappointed. We will not be going here for future projects in our home regardless of their negotiated cheap prices.

I have recently had granite countertops intsalled from Sharon Stone in Cherry Hill, I am very satisfied with their professionality and customer service. Not to mention, after much shopping around, they have the cheapest prices around! I definitly recommend using them and I look forward to working with them in the future. They made, what could have been a very frusterating experience, an easy and enjoyable one! Thank you Sharon Stone!

Sharon stone has very respectful workers and employees. There customer service was one of the best i have ever worked with , they answered everything that i needed to know about what was going on with my kitchen. There service was fast and reliable.

They did my kitchen counter top in a quick and clean way. There customer service was excellent,. There turn around time was great. I am very happy and highly recomand them .

I ordered my granite counter tops through a contractor who used them previously for his other jobs. I want to say that they did a great job! My granite look amazing! Fast delivery and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend with confidence!

I've recently used this company to install my countertops down the shore. The template people, installers and showroom sales reps were extremely polite and professional.

They delivered what they promissed. I was offered an investor discount.

Will definitely use them again!

Sharon Stone is the worst contractor I have ever used. They promised a smooth process for ordering and delivering ourkitchen countertop, but it turned out to be a disaster! The first problem came from the fact that I determined our initial choice of sink would not work since it would not be positioned correctly for the existing plumbing. My wife also decided on a different edge finish. We talked with the salesperson at their Cherry Hill office repeatedly to re-confirm our changes and was assured that the changes had been processed. Today I received the finished product and NONE of the changes were done, so we had the wrong edge and the kitchen had to be re-plumbed. The sales person apologized profusely, provided a discount for the incorrect edging and assured me that a plumber would come out to plumb in the sink. I thought this was a reasonable give-back. When the plumber came, he told me he had only been authorized to change the P-trap AND NOTHING ELSE, no replumbing of the pipes (since they did not fit into the new sink design)!!! This has left me with no sink and my wife still did not get the edge she wanted. I was promised all these fixes and received NONE OF THEM!!! Stay away from this place!!!

This company does not even deserve one star. As a matter of fact, I give them 5 negative stars. They are extremely unprofessional. They were supposed to come and put in my counter and never showed up. My husband took a day off of work after confirming with them and asking them to make sure that someone would be there. After taking an entire day off, no one showed up. We have been without a kitchen for several weeks. To make matters worse, they will be off until the following week. So we won't even be able to get in touch with anyone. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!

I'd just installed my countertops recently with Sharon Stone Granite company.

I could not go to the warehouse to pick my slabs so they worked with me all the time! They picked the color that was beyond my expectations!

The stuff was polite and the price was VERY COMPETITIVE!!!!

DO NOT USE this company! The whole process of re-doing my kitchen countertops was a disaster from start to finish. Everyone involved was completely incompetent and they all blamed each other for the poor job that was done. The sales team never followed up in any step of the process; the stone warehouse owner/manager was unbelievably rude & threatening; the template was done wrong; the initial installers were 4-5 hours late and had NO idea what they were doing; and the team sent to fix the installers' work were late and could only do so much to repair what was done the first time. The worst experience I have ever had w/ a contractor!
