Provided by YP.comIn January 2015 I purchased a Sharp 70 inch tv from Best Buy. Less than 4 months later a green line formed down the middle. On April 6, I contacted Best Buy which sent a member of the geek squad out to access the problem. I was told that it was a factory defect and could not be fixed but was still under warranty. He notified Sharp for a case # and told me that Sharp would contact me within 5 business days. Fast forward to April 16 and still no word from Sharp. I contacted Best Buy again and spoke to an agent named Rhonda. While on the phone with her for an extended time she contacted Sharp and was able to get me a case #. She also told me that they were sending the POP to Sharp and that Sharp would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. Fast forward to April 19, STILL NO WORD FROM SHARP. So I called gave them my case # and was told that they did not have the POP, which Best Buy had already sent them. When I hung up, I sent them a copy of the POP, called them back to confirm that they had received it and was told that they did. I was told also that I would be contacted by one of the customer relations people either on the 20 or 21. It is now Wednesday the 22. I have had to make another call to Sharp again because AGAIN they did not follow through with what I was told would happen. This is the most pitiful excuse for customer service I have EVER seen. You have my money, you have my POP, you have a case # , and all I have is one of your crappy products. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SHARP PRODUCT EVER.

Provided by YP.comMy experience was just the opposite. I found Inland Empire Copier through Google. They are a local Sharp dealer in San Bernardino. They took great care of me and I love the machines. I don't have a lot of experience with other brands, but from people I have spoken to, I got a good deal. It really depends on the dealer I guess. My advice, work with a locally owned one, not a big corporate office.

Provided by YP.comFrom my experience, and in my opinion, I believe you would be wiser to respond little or not at all. I know no good enough reason to do business with these folks or their dealers and their tired yet expensive to own boxes.

Provided by YP.comSHARP is wiithout a doubt the worst company to reach for ANY REASON let alone information about products or services.
i have been attempting for over 1 hour to find a dealer, retailer, service facility or ANYONE who can give me information about point of sale systems. I cant even reach someone at the corporate office without getting disconected 4 times.
All I want to do is buy something... and cant even do that!

Provided by YP.comOur machine constantly broke down. Sure every day they would send out a tech, but it just didn't make up for the down time that we experienced. There are better quality machines out there and we traded up...
