I have called on several places this co. has had for rent over the past 5 years. Every time i call there is a roadblock to rent. I own a dog and in Mount Shasta that seems to be a death sentence to finding a decent clean rental even if you have a good stable job. The rental person is inflexible and any kind of payments on the deposit is impossible for them. Extremely high deposit amounts and seems like you have to jump through a lot of hurdles and get little to no response back from the office. Each time called resulted in the answering machine even in the middle of the day.

The lady that works for this property management co., is never in the "office". You can pick up an application from a slot hanging above the post box. Application "drop off" is a slot in the door. Good luck getting a phone call back. If you are lucky to talk with a real person, they'll be glad to take $35 from you for a credit check. But, lot's of luck with any follow through. Hmmmmm take 10 applications per week at $35 per pop, that's nice pocket change.
