I recently had trouble with a new receptionist the first time she didnt tell me they moved my appointment up by one day the second time she didnt cancel my appointment but both times they listed me as a no show which resulted in me being dropped as a patient they did not want to listen to what i had to say and now im stuck looking for a doctor and not having the medication i need in the mean time i have a funny feeling i was dropped due to insurance issues but they cant sa. That its really iirradiating becaus. Dr Shea is a great doctor but her staff sucks.
