After 1 month, new metal roof leaking. Sheppards refused to come to fix leak.
4 months roof still not done, and still leaking. Homeowner had to request manufacturer to meet on property to help Sheppards understand how to install a metal roof correctly. Homeowners reported to County & State licensing boards and FRSA.
All Officials FAILED Sheppards Inspection of roof. County still waiting for manufacturer's instructions & paperwork requested from David Sheppard on 12/8/ 2015.
February, County officials were able to find instructions online and determined Sheppard Roofing did not install per manufacturer's instructions. They were found to have used incorrect materials, did not use specified materials in specified areas, did not secure metal panels per instructions.
As County & Manufacturer find Sheppard installed incorrectly & the roof is still not completed, they still threaten the homeowners with lawsuit for breech of contract.
Check workers with local jail records!!!
