Provided by YP.comI have had a recent experience with Sheridan Lloyd Antiques whereby the painted box I bought started separating at the hinges. Upon very close examination, I could tell that there had been an undisclosed repair on actually both hinges. The lid actually separated on one end. The lid coming loose uncovered a very well done repair. I emailed the dealer since she guarantees her product and wants the customer to be happy..The box cost me $700.00, and even though her return policy of 5 days had expired, the statues of limitations is still in effect and has the element of Discovery, whereby if something is discovered not previously known, the dealer is libel. She has been uncooperative and refuses to give me her address so I could send photos of repaired box. She never disclosed that the box had been repaired. There has been no response to my last email asking for her address to send pictures. Her reliability and integrity as a dealer is greatly in question. I had an attorney research her address and then I am going to take it from there. But it will go legal. Just wanted future buyers to be careful when viewing her products. She does not stand behing her guarantee, at least not in this one case. The satisfied customer is not part of the picture. This dialog will continue as I pursue this. Sharon Vise
