Josh and his crew at Sherwood Flooring Company are excellent. I received several quotes for the job and not only was their quote the most competitive, they were also able to work me into their schedule because of the timing issues I had. They were flexible, dependable, clean, and respectful. Most of all, the work they performed was top-notch. We also had to wait on the moisture level to go down, which is customary and necessary if one wants to have a hardwood floor installed properly. To address the note from the woman who gave a bad review, it is always good policy to pay when service is complete and not before. It is also common for the owner of the company to use his or her employees to execute the job itself. I am not sure of the circumstances of that situation, but my experience with Sherwood Flooring Company was absolutely excellent all the way around. They even worked with me on a payment plan when the sale of my house fell through, and I was unable to pay them all at once. I highly recommend Sherwood Flooring Company.

Josh is MIA. JOSH HAS NEVER laid eyes on my floor. The floor was delivered Oct. 23, 2017. Today is Dec. 12, 2017. He did not come by to give me a quote. He did not come by to see the progress on my floor. He did not come by to inspect his workers' craftsmanship. Upon the completion of the install by his employee, Josh requested the money for the install, which I paid. Josh once again sent his employee to "check the moisture level" after my requesting the job to be completed. I am now told it will be after the first of the year before they will even begin sanding it. 70 DAYS for a floor to be installed, sanded and stained is a very long time to be living in a construction zone. I recommend not paying until the whole job is complete. I also recommend insisting on JOSH actually coming to the job site. Should have just hired his employee because the owner JOSH is not involved with any part of the installing, sanding, or staining.

Josh and his guys were the best. Did an awesome job and were always here when they said they would be. I was shocked to see how clean my house stayed with four rooms getting floors done!! Extremely happy!!! You wont go wrong with Sherwood Flooring!!

Josh and his crew did an outstanding job refinishing my floors, they look just like new. Prices are reasonable, they patched 2 large holes and you cant tell where they were. I would highly recommend them for any floor work, you cant go wrong.

The first thing I saw walking into a newly constructed home was the quality of floor that had been laid throughout. It simply set off the entire room. No corners were cut making this this home exactly what the homeowner dreamed. I would highly recommend this team of experienced ccontractors.

In a massive remodel of a southern traditional home, Sherwood flooring was the bright spot! Our wide plank floors look better than we ever could have imagined. We will recommend to everyone who asks!
