My daughter was involved in a accident 2 weeks ago, the car was slightly damaged, the driver of Shoal Creek Tow told my daughter that the car was not able to be driven because it was leaking antifreeze, my insurance company called me and ask why the car was towed, i told them what the tow driver told my daughter, it was leaking washer fluid, there was NO REASON WHY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOWED, they lied to her, the tow bill was $450+, WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND THEIVES !!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED TOW SERVICE, Maxine

called for a tow, they pulled up in a pickup truck, not a real tow truck, a PICKUP TRUCK, looked like a homemade contraption underneath the back, very UN-professional looking, driver was rude, when i asked about it, will not call them again, do yourself a favor call someone else !!!!!!!
